📦 DOWNLOADING YOUR ORDER
Q: What happens after I buy?
A: You'll receive an email with a download link within minutes of purchase. Click the link, download your PDF file, and you're ready to print! No account needed, no app to install.
Q: I didn't receive my download email — what do I do?
A: First, check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes ends up there. If you still can't find it, email us at CleverCubbies@hotmail.com and we'll get it sorted for you right away.
Q: How long is my download link valid?
A: Your download link is valid for 30 days and can be accessed up to 5 times. We recommend saving the PDF file to your device or Google Drive as soon as you download it so you always have a copy.
Q: Can I re-download my files if I lose them?
A: Yes! Just email us at CleverCubbies@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll resend your download link.

🖨 PRINTING YOUR CARDS
Q: What printer do I need?
A: Any standard home inkjet or laser printer works perfectly. If you can print a photo, you can print our cards.
Q: What paper size are the cards?
A: All cards are designed for standard letter size paper (8.5" x 11" / 216 x 279mm) — the most common paper size available at any office or grocery store in Canada.
Q: Can I print them on cardstock?
A: Absolutely — and we actually recommend it! Cardstock makes the cards sturdier and longer-lasting. Look for 60–80 lb cardstock at Staples, Walmart, or any office supply store.
Q: Can I laminate the cards?
A: Yes! Laminating is a great idea if you want cards that survive toddler hands. You can use a home laminator or take your printed sheets to Staples or Costco for cheap laminating.
Q: How many times can I print the cards?
A: As many times as you like — forever. Print a fresh set when the old ones get worn out, print extras for grandparents, or print a set for your daycare. There are no limits.

🃏 ABOUT THE CARDS
Q: What age are the cards designed for?
A: All CleverCubbies cards are designed for children aged 2–5. They work especially well for toddlers who are just starting to recognise letters, numbers, shapes, and colors.
Q: Are the cards available in French?
A: Not yet — but French versions are on our to-do list! Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when French packs are available.
Q: Do the cards come printed and shipped to me?
A: CleverCubbies cards are digital downloads only — you print them at home. This keeps costs low and means you get them instantly, with no shipping wait. It also means you can reprint whenever you need to!
Q: Can I use these cards in my daycare or classroom?
A: Yes! Your purchase covers personal and small group educational use. If you need a licence for a larger organisation or multiple locations, please contact us.

💳 PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Q: Do you charge in Canadian dollars?
A: Yes! All prices on CleverCubbies are in Canadian dollars (CAD). 🇨🇦
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Because our products are instant digital downloads, we're unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please email us and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us.
